We deliver to addresses in Germany. Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the address and resend the item. In that case, you bear the additional shipping costs for the reshipment.

Confirmation and tracking

• An order confirmation with payment receipt by email (immediately)
• A shipping confirmation with carrier and tracking number once your order has shipped

• For damage, please attach a photo
• We'll send a free replacement or refund the full amount — your choice
