Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hawk Foundation, 1317 Mesilla St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, Email: contact@hawkfoundation.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. Return instructions will be sent to you by email after we receive your withdrawal at contact@hawkfoundation.org. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this results from handling them in a way not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Voluntary 30-day returns

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, you may return or exchange merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Requirements:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In the original packaging
• With all accessories and materials that came with the item

How to start a return

• Email contact@hawkfoundation.org with the subject "Return", including your order number, the item and — optionally — the reason
• Within 2 business days you'll receive a confirmation with return instructions
• Send the item to the address given in the confirmation

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, we'll notify you by email
• Refunds are made to the original payment method, within 14 days at the latest
• The full purchase price is refunded, including the contribution portion

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us, ideally within 7 days of delivery, at contact@hawkfoundation.org with your order number, a photo and a short description. We cover return shipping and send a free replacement or refund the full amount — your choice. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

To swap one item for another (for example a T-shirt for a hoodie), return the item and place a new order for the one you want. Direct exchanges are currently not possible.

Contribution portion

Every purchase includes a contribution to our animal rescue programs. In the event of a return or withdrawal, the full purchase price is refunded, including this contribution.
